Order Processing: All orders are processed within 24–48 working hours of being placed.
Delivery Timeline: Standard delivery usually takes 3–7 business days, depending on your pin code. Deliveries to metro cities are often faster, while remote locations may take a little longer.
Tracking Your Order: As soon as your package is dispatched, we’ll send you a tracking ID via SMS/email so you can follow your order in real time.
Customer Responsibility: Please double-check your shipping address and phone number while placing your order. Delays caused by incorrect details are not our responsibility.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

We want every order from Decoration Bazar to bring happiness, but in the rare case if you face an issue, we’ve got you covered.

When You Can Return/Exchange: Returns or exchanges are accepted only if the product delivered is damaged, defective, or not what you ordered.
How to Report an Issue: Please contact us within 24-48 hours of delivery and share clear photos/videos of the product along with your order details.
Condition of Return: Products must be unused, unopened, and returned in their original packaging.
Refund/Replacement: After verification, we will arrange a replacement or process a refund within 7 business days.
