ORDERS & PAYMENTS
All orders placed on Decoration Bazar are considered confirmed only after successful payment through our accepted methods (Credit/Debit Cards, UPI, Net Banking, Wallets, or Cash on Delivery where available). Once the payment is received, your order is processed within 24–48 working hours. In case of payment failure, incorrect details, or suspicious activity, we reserve the right to hold or cancel the order. Prices may be updated without prior notice, but the price you pay at checkout will remain final for your order.
SHIPPING & DELIVERY
We aim to deliver your products within 3–7 business days, depending on your location. Metro city deliveries may be faster, while remote areas could take slightly longer. After dispatch, a tracking ID will be shared so you can monitor your shipment. While we work with trusted courier partners, Decoration Bazar is not responsible for delays caused by logistics partners, incorrect addresses, or unforeseen events such as strikes, weather disruptions, or natural calamities. Customers must ensure correct shipping details to avoid delays or non-delivery.
RETURNS, EXCHANGES & REFUNDS
We want every product from Decoration Bazar to make your celebrations brighter. Returns or exchanges are only accepted if the product delivered is damaged, defective, or incorrect. You must report the issue within 24 hours of delivery with photos or videos for verification. The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging. Certain items, such as opened balloons, foil curtains, and ready-to-use kits, are non-returnable for hygiene and quality reasons. Once approved, refunds or replacements will be processed within 7 working days, and the amount will be credited back to your original payment method.
LIABILITY & USAGE
Our products are designed for personal celebrations and party decorations only. Customers must follow safety instructions and avoid exposing products like balloons and foil curtains to fire, sharp objects, or extreme conditions. Decoration Bazar will not be held responsible for any misuse, accidents, or damages caused during or after product use. We also cannot guarantee 100% color matching as slight variations may occur due to screen and lighting differences. While we take utmost care to deliver quality and timely service, our liability is limited to the value of the product purchased.
